Recommended to me by friend at work and I cannot say enough about how great they were. More importantly I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I had water leaking in my bedroom in summertime and I knew my roof was looking bad. They came within 1 day and we had already realized when the rain stopped that it was the central air in my attic leaking. But roof was looking bad and 22+ years old so I still wanted to get a quote. I was missing a few shingles and for a minimal price they put some flashing and said that I had some more time left (didn’t have the funds to do immediately anyway) Approximately a year and a half later I had a small leak so I called them back. They didn’t even meet the original quote but they beat it because the prices of supplies came down from the last time they were there during the whole supply chain debacle. Who does that?? HONEST people who do the right thing!!! Have had quite a few crazy storms since they did the job and all is good. Highly recommend!

Both Chris and Andrew made my life easier. They were attentive. I had an estimate two days after my initial call. I was then able to schedule my seamless gutter replacements for my 40 year old original gutters. They were efficient, clean and very reasonably priced. The gutters were installed they day before relentless rain. What a difference a day makes. I am so pleased with the job they did. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs this work done.

Due to a communication error, and the pandemic, a series of events took place that I want to rectify. I thought a leak was coming from a recently repaired gutter job performed by Kevin and the Boys at Affordable Roofers. But the leak was from an unrelated problem.My sincerest apologies to Kevin and The Boys. I want everyone to refer to my original positive comments, that these guys did a great job in one day with a full crew. You will not be disappointed. Kevin came by this morning and showed me where the problem was and I hired them again to fix the unrelated problem. I can say with confidence choosing Kevin and Affordable Roofers will be a pleasant experience.

Chris & Andrew and the crew are great. It was pleasure working with them. They worked on my roof during the heat wave 105+ degrees. I give 5 stars for the hard work under the hot sun. Two houses ( semi attached) a roof tear downs – new installment, plywood, attic fan vent, and gutters. Very friendly and professional crew and paid great deal of attention to details, workmanship, and clean up. Best price very reasonable and good response time. I definitely recommend these guys.

In all the years of working with different contractors, Chris has been the most upstanding, reliable, fair and kind business owner. His company has installed a new roof on my house (tear off) and gutter guards, repaired a roof and installed a new attic fan at my parent’s house. The workers are all highly skilled, patient and kind. Whenever I have a roofing issue, I get a quick response and Chris sends his guys into action! And their prices are fair. The company truly lives up to its name!

We had a leak for years, before and after Sandy and no one could figure out what was wrong. Chris (the owner) figured it out and told me what he suspected the problem was (without pulling anything off).
Since Chris knew what the problem likely was there were no surprises in cost, time, or materials. He knew exactly what was causing it, what was going to be needed to be done, and exactly how to fix it within minutes of just looking at it.
They did such an excellent job too. His crew left the place clean and my roof no longer leaks! They even replaced the black topping (for a flat part of my roof near the leak) with one that matches closer to my actual roof color. I hated seeing that big black rectangular patch on my greyish roof for the last 10 years, but never thought to mention it to them because I wasn’t sure anything could be done about it. I really just wanted the leak fixed. But I love that it matches now!
